A Cookbook Is In The Oven

Henry's been cooking almost since he was born - starting in his Sicilian mother's kitchen, then in the Mob at Fat Larry's Pizzeria and for his boss Paulie, at his own restaurants, and anywhere in America he's found a fresh tomato. He says it keeps him sane. "Cooking is my passion, my therapy. Whipping up a pot of pasta makes me feel better than any shrink ever did."

In the works is Cookin' On the Run - a collection of recipes and stories from Henry's life both in Brooklyn and in a number of cities around the US where the Feds relocated him and his family. The recipes range from Italian classics to pastas you can make in the middle of Nebraska, from dishes that take most of the day to cook to Henry's Seven Minute Tomato Sauce. Along the way are new tales from Henry's life, as well as helpful tips for making good Italian food anywhere. Stay tuned for updates and info on how to order your copy!
